These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made from Bluetoon Aquatics Feed. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Bluetoon Aquatics Feed is based in Peterhead, Scotland and is registered with Food Standards Scotland for feed production GB761F26109.

2. Products

We produce koi feed in small batches using controlled processes and high‑quality ingredients.

All product descriptions, weights, and nutritional information are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing. (Analysis is a Typical Calculated analysis, this will be updated to guaranteed analysis once lab tests have been done) 

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will always be honoured at the price paid at checkout.

4. Ordering 

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, he information you provide is accurate, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where information is incomplete, incorrect, or suspicious.

5. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of ordering.

Orders are dispatched only once payment has been received.

We accept standard UK payment methods.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days Once orders are ready.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability and location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & refunds 

Due to the nature of koi feed, we cannot accept returns once the product has been delivered.

Feed is a perishable, consumable item and cannot be resold or reused once it has left our control. This policy is in line with UK hygiene and safety regulations for animal feed. If your order arrives damaged, contaminated, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We do not accept returns for opened feed, unwanted items, incorrectly ordered items, hanges of mind, this policy ensures product safety and prevents contamination risks.

8. Quality & SafetyAll feed is produced under Food Standards Scotland registration.

We follow strict hygiene, storage, and batch‑tracking procedures. However, koi health can be affected by factors outside our control, including water quality, parasites, temperature, and pond conditions.

We cannot guarantee specific growth or colour outcomes.

9. Liability

Bluetoon Aquatics Feed is not liable for Improper storage of feed, overfeeding or misuse, water quality issues, illness unrelated to feed, courier delays, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

10. Privacy

We only collect information necessary to process your order.

Customer data is not shared with third parties except for delivery purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes apply immediately to new orders.
