Returns & Refunds
Due to UK regulations on animal feed, we cannot accept returns on any feed products once they have left our premises. This includes Opened bags, Unopened bags, Any feed purchased online or in person. This is because animal feed cannot be resold once it has been delivered to a customer.
Refunds are only offered in the following situations:
Wrong item sent, Item arrives damaged, An error on our side, If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo.
We will replace the item or issue a refund (store credit if production has already begun).
Cancellations
All koi feed is made fresh to order.
If you need to cancel your order, you must do so before production begins.
Cancelled before production:
Full refund to your original payment method.
Cancelled after production has started:
Refunds are issued as store credit only, as ingredients have already been purchased and the batch has begun.
